Exchanges and refunds

Returning your product because you changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

For online and telephone purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.

Price drop refunds

If you buy an item from home fix Boutique Ltd and we go on to lower the price (either online or in-store), you can submit a claim for a price drop refund. We can only accept these claims within 35 days of purchase.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Please disable any security features and remove your personal data.

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Gift with purchase - order cancellations and returns

If you want to cancel the main qualifying item in a ‘gift with purchase’ order, this will also cancel the connected promotional (free) item. This will result in a refund of the entire order price and neither of the items will be delivered or available for collection.

If you want to return the qualifying item, you will need to return the promotional item as well in order to receive your refund. If you then want to buy the promotional item, you can do this provided that it is advertised for sale on the John Lewis website as a stand alone item, by placing a new order for it at the normal advertised price.
