Diversity and Inclusion
We stand in solidarity with our employees, customers and suppliers in the fight against racism.
Home Fix Boutique is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage any qualified person who wants to be part of our dynamic, close-knit team to apply for any vacant relevant positions.
We celebrate diversity within our company as well as in our industry and we aim to provide a welcoming and respectful atmosphere to all who join our team.
We stand against unjust discrimination of any kind, including racism, sex-based discrimination, ableism and discrimination based on religion or sexuality or socioeconomic status. These are not acceptable and do not align with our company values of respect and open-mindedness.
We recognise that there is a lot to be done and a lot more that we can do so we are actively working to affect change for the better—for our employees, our customers, our suppliers and our collaborators—starting internally.
We’re committed to utilising our platform and resources to raise awareness and work towards equality in a productive way.
Recently, we’ve donated to Black Lives Matter and the George Floyd Memorial Fund to show our support of the fight against racial injustice.
Our Diversity & Inclusion group regularly monitors current social inequities, formulates plans for internal change and seeks out ways in which we can help marginalised communities.
We’re working to provide opportunities to those who may not have an easy or straightforward path into the industry. Lastly, we’ve joined United in Design—a charitable organisation with the goal of tackling the lack of diversity in the interior design industry.
These are just some of the ways that we’re working towards a fairer world for all. We are still learning, but we’re learning together and always listening.

Further actions we can all take
Good intentions or even intermittent donations aren’t enough; we know that we must also act. That action might take the form of educating ourselves, peacefully protesting or signing a petition. Better yet, it will be all of those things and more. Please use these resources to educate yourself, retrain your mind to be vigilant of injustice and support the movement with actionable measures.
Thank you for being part of a better world #westandstrongtogether
